We already have a kitchen lead in place, so this role is focused on the front of house, customer service, daily shop standards, cleaning, close\-down and making sure the shop is left ready for the next day.
The right person will be reliable, clean, practical, confident with customers and comfortable taking responsibility without needing constant supervision.
