Front of House Staff/Supervisor

Job Summary

Duties

• Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service to enhance their experience


• Supervise front of house operations, including seating arrangements, reservations, and guest flow management


• Assist with food and beverage service, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in order delivery


• Upsell menu items and specials to maximize sales opportunities while maintaining genuine guest engagement


• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety standards in all front\-of\-house areas


• Support team members with training on food safety protocols, serving techniques, and hospitality best practices


• Handle guest inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and ensure overall satisfaction throughout their visit

Requirements

• Proven experience in hospitality or restaurant environments with a focus on guest services and food handling


• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food preparation procedures


• Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively


• Basic math skills for processing orders, payments, and inventory checks


• Ability to manage time efficiently in a fast\-paced setting while maintaining attention to detail


• Previous experience in serving or culinary roles is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential


• Knowledge of upselling techniques and customer engagement strategies to enhance sales performance
