About the role:
We are looking for a highly organised and approachable Front of House / Office Coordinator to keep our Northampton office running smoothly. This role is central to creating a professional, welcoming environment for colleagues and visitors, while ensuring day\-to\-day operations are efficient and well managed.
You'll oversee office facilities, manage supplies, support meetings and events, and act as the first point of contact for visitors and general enquiries. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you'll help maintain high workplace standards and deliver a positive experience for everyone using the office.
This is a full\-time, on\-site role based in the office, with no hybrid or remote working options.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing daily office operations and facilities
- Providing a professional front\-of\-house service
- Coordinating meetings, travel, and office logistics
- Handling administrative tasks, including orders and expenses
- Supporting health \& safety and workplace compliance
- Previous experience in an office coordination or administrative role
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Confident communicator with a proactive, customer\-focused approach
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
- Reliable, adaptable, and able to manage a busy workload
- GCSE or equivalent in Maths \& English
