What We’re Looking For:* Proven experience as a Front of House Manager or in a similar leadership role (2\+ years preferred).
- A passion for exceptional service and creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively.
- Organised and detail\-oriented, with a focus on maintaining high operational standards.
- Proficient in managing reservations, floor plans, and service flow during busy shifts.
- Knowledge of health and safety and food hygiene regulations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to handle guest feedback and resolve issues with ease.
- Ensure the smooth running of daily operations, from guest seating to service flow.
- Take ownership of staff training, scheduling, and development, fostering a culture of growth and excellence.
- Monitor and manage guest satisfaction, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the management team to ensure consistency in quality and service standards.
- Maintain compliance with all health, safety, and operational policies.
