as a front of house manager, you’ll be a leader who cares passionately about creating a positive place for our guests \+ our teams. you will support in continuous coaching \+ developing your team to be the best they can be whilst driving your restaurant performance and deliver amazing results

• are passionate about supporting your team, focusing on training \+ developing others to help them be the best they can be and maintaining high standards


• are experienced in running \+ planning shifts to make sure we have the right cover \+ love working with the team, coaching on the go


• have experience in managing labour \+ rotas, and have an understanding of the financial performance of your restaurant
