Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and FOH MANAGER to oversee our quirky independent restaurant in Stockport . The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily operations, organising rotas, stock takes and placing orders. Managing staff to ensure opening and closing checks are done correct. Carry out till checks and cash reconciliations. Calculating cash tips after reconciliation of the till. Knowledge of hygiene and food safery. Need 10 years experience.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for a proactive manager with a strong background hospitality.
Duties
- Ensure customers receive the best welcome and regularly attended to ensure all is well.
- Manage and supervise staff and ensure working effectively . Approve holidays and issue rotas.
- Stock take and order from our regular suppliers. Ensure costs are monitored
- cash and bank reconciliation each day
- Ensure compliance with health \& safety regulations and company policies throughout all activities.
- Proven experience within hospitality
- Strong understanding of stock ordering and turn over.
- Management of staff and being able to direct them properly.
- Experience of till cashing up and distributing tips.
- Hygiene certificates if available
- Barista experience and bar experience essential.
Pay: £14\.00\-£15\.00 per hour
