The Role

As Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for leading the customer\-facing operation at Daytona Tamworth, ensuring every guest receives a welcoming, professional and memorable experience.

You will lead the Front of House team, oversee bookings and customer enquiries, drive revenue opportunities through upselling and repeat business, and support the day\-to\-day operation of the venue's catering offer. This is a hands\-on management role, with a strong presence on the floor and a focus on delivering exceptional service standards across the venue.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, motivate and develop the Front of House team, creating a positive culture focused on customer service, teamwork and performance


• Deliver an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to race day


• Drive venue revenue through effective upselling, cross\-selling and repeat business opportunities


• Oversee reception, bookings, customer enquiries and day\-to\-day front of house operations


• Support the operation of the venue's café and catering offer, maintaining excellent service, presentation and hygiene standards. This is a hands\-on role and may include food preparation and cooking during busy periods


• Work closely with the wider management team to ensure events and daily operations run smoothly and efficiently


• Manage customer feedback professionally and resolve issues positively


• Ensure company procedures, cash handling processes, health \& safety requirements and operational standards are consistently followed

• An experienced hospitality or customer\-facing manager


• A natural leader with excellent customer service skills


• Commercially minded, with confidence driving sales and revenue


• Organised, professional and calm under pressure


• Comfortable supporting a small catering operation when required


• Hands\-on, proactive and willing to lead by example


• Flexible to work evenings, weekends and bank holidays
