Electrical Engineer

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Electrical Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in electrical engineering principles and will be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance activities within Rides Maintenance ensuring rides are safe, fully operational and to maximise performance.

Duties \-

• Carrying out maintenance of rides and ensure all checks are carried in line with the schedule


• Rectify faults expediently


• Collaborate with mechanical engineers to integrate electrical components where required.


• Provide technical support during the installation and commissioning of electrical systems.


• Maintain accurate documentation of designs, modifications, and testing procedures.

• An enthusiastic individual who takes pride in their work. Must be able to work in a team environment.


• The successful candidate will have a logical approach to their work and be qualified to NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent), City \& Guilds Inspection \& Test, City \& Guilds 17th Edition.


• You will possess knowledge of control systems, PLC systems and AC/DC drives, be able to interpret electrical schematics and have experience of fault diagnosis.


• Mechanical knowledge is preferred to facilitate collaboration with engineering teams.


• Previous experience in a similar role or relevant projects will be highly regarded.
