We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Front of House Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for exceptional customer service, and a comprehensive understanding of food and beverage service. This role involves supervising staff, ensuring food safety standards, and maintaining a welcoming environment for all guests. The position offers an excellent opportunity to lead a vibrant team within a busy restaurant.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate front of house operations, including reservations, seating arrangements, and guest services
- Supervise and support team members in delivering outstanding hospitality experience.
- Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and special requests with professionalism and tact
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication between front and back of house
- Monitor cleanliness and organisation of the dining area to uphold high standards of presentation.
- Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality environment
- Strong team management and leadership capabilities
- Excellent knowledge of food safety practices and food production processes.
- Familiarity with hospitality software systems for reservations and order management
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively under pressure
- Outstanding communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanour
- Knowledge of culinary techniques and restaurant operations is desirable
- Previous bar experience is a plus.
Pay: From £10\.00 per hour
