Duties:
\- Oversee daily operations to maintain exceptional customer service and satisfaction levels
\- Lead and manage a team of staff, providing guidance, training, and supervision
\- Ensure compliance with food safety standards and regulations for a safe dining experience
\- Collaborate with culinary staff on expediting food orders and upholding high\-quality standards
\- Monitor inventory levels, place orders, and manage costs effectively to enhance profitability
\- Address customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
\- Assist in scheduling staff shifts and efficiently managing payroll
\- Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and employee growth
Experience:
\- Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry is required
\- Proficiency in food production, food preparation, team management, culinary skills, supervising, bartending, and leadership is essential
\- Demonstrated experience in leading and supervising teams effectively
\- Strong knowledge of industry best practices related to hotel operations and customer satisfaction
