Front of House Manager

ANNA Cake Couture is a proud independent business run by a cake\-obsessed founder, leading an equally cake\-obsessed team. Having grown to two beautiful retail sites and a dedicated bakery HQ, we are looking for a dynamic Multi\-Site FOH Manager to join our core Management Team. You will work directly alongside our Bakery Manager, Operations Manager, and Founder to shape the future of our brand and run the day to day for the Front of House team.

The Role

As a leader, you will be the welcoming heart of our business. You will split your time between hands\-on leadership at our bustling shops and driving business strategy and back\-office administration. This is a rare opportunity to blend front\-line hospitality with operational impact, championing the ANNA brand while ensuring our teams, processes and systems run as smoothly as possible!

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate in regular strategy meetings at our Old Market HQ as a core member of the Management Team to drive business growth.


• Spearhead shop innovation by developing creative, seasonal hot and cold drinks menus that perfectly complement our bakes.


• Master our Shopify platform (in\-store and online orders) and Google Suite to seamlessly handle daily admin, in\-store cake orders, and accounts.


• Lead, motivate, and develop our FOH teams across Clifton Village and Wapping Wharf, including recruitment, training, and scheduling.


• Drive operational excellence by overseeing FOH stock control, supplier relationships, and impeccable shopfront presentation.

• Proven management experience within a fast\-paced hospitality, café, or retail environment.


• Strong specialty coffee experience, with the ability to maintain excellent barista standards, train the team, and innovate our beverage offerings.


• Tech\-savvy with confidence in using Shopify and Google Suite to manage dual online/in\-store operations.


• Exceptional organizational skills to balance desk\-based administration with hands\-on FOH team leadership.


• Flexibility to work weekends and travel easily between Clifton, Wapping Wharf, and Old Market.

• Pay of £14\.50 to £16\.00 per hour, depending on experience.
