Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Front House Team Leader/Barista to join our vibrant team. Duties

• Greet customers warmly, taking orders accurately and efficiently while providing friendly, engaging service.


• Lead the front house team by assigning tasks, supporting team members, and maintaining a positive work environment.


• Prepare and serve high\-quality beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks, following established recipes and presentation standards.


• Handle transactions accurately, and maintain balanced cash drawers at the end of shifts.


• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the front of house area, including tables, counters, and equipment.


• Monitor stock levels of supplies and ingredients; communicate needs promptly to ensure seamless service.


• Uphold health and safety standards by following proper food safety procedures and conducting routine opening checks.


• Support training new team members on service procedures, safety practices, and product knowledge.


• Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently while maintaining quality service.

Qualifications

• Prior barista experience with a strong understanding of coffee brewing techniques and beverage presentation.


• Knowledge of food safety standards and best practices in a hospitality setting.


• Experience in serving customers in fast\-paced environments with a focus on exceptional service delivery.


• Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately and managing inventory counts


• Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks during busy shifts without compromising quality or safety.


• Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate team members and foster a collaborative atmosphere.

Nice\-to\-have skills include familiarity with food safety regulations, previous experience in a supervisory role, and basic knowledge of cleaning procedures for equipment maintenance.
