The Front of House Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front\-of\-house area within our establishment. This position is responsible for overseeing customer service, managing staff, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities

• Oversee daily front\-of\-house operations, ensuring high standards of customer service are met.


• Manage and train front\-of\-house staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.


• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.


• Coordinate schedules and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.


• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front\-of\-house area.


• Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.


• Utilise IT systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication purposes.


• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
