The Front of House Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the front\-of\-house area within our establishment. This position is responsible for overseeing customer service, managing staff, and maintaining an inviting atmosphere for guests. Responsibilities
- Oversee daily front\-of\-house operations, ensuring high standards of customer service are met.
- Manage and train front\-of\-house staff, fostering a positive and efficient work environment.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
- Coordinate schedules and manage staffing levels to ensure adequate coverage during peak times.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the front\-of\-house area.
- Implement and uphold company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
- Utilise IT systems for scheduling, reporting, and communication purposes.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficient in IT applications, including Microsoft Outlook and Word.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate and guide team members.
- Computer literacy to navigate various software systems efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.

Pay: £24,520\.06\-£44,722\.60 per year
