About Tradesyncer
Tradesyncer is the fastest growing platform futures traders use to scale and improve their trading. Trade copying across unlimited evaluation and funded accounts in under 100 ms, plus a trading journal, analytics, expense tracking and risk management, all in one cloud\-based place. No installs.
We operate 24/7 and integrate with the world's leading futures brokers (NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, TradingView, and more) across every major prop firm our traders are evaluated and funded by. We're a small, fast\-moving team building infrastructure that serious futures traders depend on every day. Now we want the front end to be as good as the engine underneath it.
The Role
As our Front End Developer, you own how Tradesyncer looks, feels, and converts — from the marketing site to the live dashboard. You'll design and build the interface, run the experiments that lift conversion, and set the bar for craft as the team grows.
This role is for someone with a real eye and the discipline to prove it with data. You care about the feel of a transition as much as the lift on a funnel — and you move fast, shipping with AI in the loop.
The platform you'll shape
Tradesyncer gives futures traders the full infrastructure to scale and improve, not just one tool. You'll own how trade copying, journaling, analytics, expense tracking and risk management feel and convert across the product — and how the marketing site turns visitors into traders.

Brokers and platforms: NinjaTrader, Tradovate, Rithmic, TradingView, ProjectX, Deepchart, and more.
What you'll do
- Design and build the front end in React \+ TypeScript — clean, fast, and wired straight into the product.
- Run CRO end to end — instrument funnels, design and ship A/B tests, and lift trial\-to\-paid with evidence.
- Own features end to end — from Figma to shipped, including the last 10% of polish that makes it feel right.
- Build and own the design system and component library so quality scales with the team.
- Build real\-time, data\-dense UIs over WebSockets so dashboards and account states update live.
- Move fast with AI — Cursor, Claude and AI\-assisted workflows are core to how we build, not a novelty.
- 3\+ years building and shipping production front ends with JavaScript / TypeScript.
- Strong React and modern front\-end skills — interfaces that are fast, responsive and dependable.
- A real eye for hierarchy, motion, and spacing — you care about the feel of a click.
- Hands\-on CRO experience — A/B testing, funnel analytics, and measurable conversion lifts.
- Nice to have: real\-time data\-dense UIs, WebSocket\-driven updates, and familiarity with Next.js.
- Fluent with AI\-assisted development (Cursor, Claude) — this is genuinely how we work day to day.
- Based in or able to commute to Amsterdam for a hybrid setup. Comfortable in Dutch or English.
- Bonus: an interest in trading, futures, or prop firms.
- Based in Amsterdam, on\-site preferred, working side by side with the founding team.
