Position Summary

We are seeking dedicated service specialists for the role of Payment Support Specialist supporting a dynamic enterprise project in Lisbon, Portugal. Positioned on\-site in a state\-of\-the\-art office in central Lisbon, this full\-time role places you at the core of a major financial technology service serving business accounts across France. You will act as an essential brand ambassador, resolving software inquiries, supporting corporate clients, and strengthening business ties. You will receive extensive, 100% paid initial training, meaning prior experience in FinTech is completely optional.

Main Operational Tasks

• Client Guidance: Deliver rapid, high\-quality assistance to business accounts via phone, chat, and email regarding electronic payment products.


• Technical Troubleshooting: Investigate and resolve software errors, transaction holds, login issues, and administrative account changes.


• Simplifying Information: Break down technical software functions, policy guidelines, and financial details into easy\-to\-understand French.


• Team Collaboration: Partner with tier\-two technical engineers and escalation handlers to track and solve high\-priority issues.


• Data Documentation: Maintain thorough, organized logs of client interactions and ticket solutions in both French and English inside company CRM software.

• Language Proficiency: High fluency in French (C1/C2 level) paired with upper\-intermediate English (B2 level) for team alignment and software navigation.


• Technical Aptitude: Advanced digital literacy, a curious analytical mind, and comfort managing technical troubleshooting workflows.


• Client Focus: Strong interpersonal capabilities focused on delivering exceptional, professional client experiences.


• Account Interest: Solid interest in working in an international corporate setting managing diverse business needs.

• Base Remuneration: €930 monthly base rate paid out 14 times per year (including statutory holiday and Christmas allowances).


• Attendance Incentive: €100 monthly attendance incentive rewarding punctual and consistent workplace presence.
