is a boutique tailoring and alteration studio based on West Green Road in Tottenham. We are dedicated to high\-quality craftsmanship, sharp style, and exceptional local service. We are looking for a dynamic, forward\-thinking freelance Co\-ordinator to join the studio. This is a hybrid role blending creative digital marketing with face\-to\-face studio operations. You won’t just be following instructions—you will bring fresh ideas to help us scale and grow our brand online and in the community.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Social Media \& Brand Growth: Running and growing our Instagram and TikTok channels. You will take ownership of content creation—filming and editing engaging studio videos, posting, and interacting with our online audience.
- Marketing Initiatives: Contributing fresh ideas and executing marketing campaigns designed to bring in new clients and boost foot traffic to our West Green Road location.
- Studio Operations \& Admin: Managing day\-to\-day computer\-based admin, including client bookings, email communications, and keeping our basic tracking systems running smoothly.
- Front of House: Welcoming clients, covering the counter, and delivering great face\-to\-face customer service on the shop floor.
- Holiday \& Leave Cover: Covering basic sewing and minor garment alteration tasks when the owner is away or on annual leave. *(Note: Full training is provided. This is a support task to ensure the business runs smoothly, not a daily production role).*
- Social Media Savvy: A genuine interest in social media platforms (Instagram/TikTok) with practical experience filming, editing, and growing a brand’s online presence.
- Tech\-Minded: Comfortable with everyday technology, including booking software, emails, and social apps.
- Forward\-Thinking Mindset: An idea generator who is motivated to bring new strategies to the table, rather than just waiting for instructions.
- People Person: Confident, personable, and naturally comfortable engaging with clients on the shop floor.
- Freelance Status: Must be registered as self\-employed in the UK and responsible for your own tax/NI.
- Basic Sewing Skills: Prior experience with a sewing machine is a plus. However, we will provide full training for the right person—our expert tailors handle the daily technical work.
