Responsibilities

• Develop comprehensive event plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure smooth execution


• Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, and service providers to secure necessary resources


• Manage all logistical aspects including setup, registration, guest management, and breakdown


• Oversee on\-site operations during events, ensuring timely delivery of services and addressing any issues promptly


• Upsell additional services or upgrades to enhance the overall guest experience and increase revenue opportunities


• Maintain clear communication with clients and team members throughout the planning process to ensure alignment and satisfaction

Qualifications

• Proven experience in event management within hospitality, restaurant, hotel, or fundraising environments


• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently under tight deadlines


• Excellent time management skills to coordinate various event components seamlessly


• Exceptional communication skills for liaising with clients, vendors, and guests effectively


• Knowledge of upselling techniques to maximize revenue opportunities during events


• Experience in guest services and hospitality industries is highly desirable


• Ability to adapt quickly and solve problems proactively in a fast\-paced setting
