Haus Maids is an established and growing domestic cleaning franchise business, and we are looking for an energetic, organised and confident person to work directly alongside the founder of the company.

It is a varied position combining franchise recruitment, PA support and marketing assistance..

The most important part of the role will be helping us grow the Haus Maids franchise network. We invest significantly in generating enquiries from people interested in owning a Haus Maids franchise, and your primary responsibility will be making sure those opportunities are properly followed up. When we say follow up, we are looking for somebody who will pick the phone up and be happy to call the prospect, this is the main part of the job.

Alongside this, you will work directly with the founder as a PA and right\-hand person \- taking ownership of tasks, helping keep projects moving and generally being someone who can be relied upon to get things done.

We also create regular video and social media content, so we're looking for someone who is confident and comfortable appearing on camera and becoming one of the familiar faces of Haus Maids.

FRANCHISE RECRUITMENT – YOUR NUMBER ONE PRIORITY

• Contact prospective franchisees who have requested our franchise information pack.


• Proactively calling new enquiries and have genuine conversations with them about the opportunity.


• Understand each prospect's background, circumstances and reasons for considering starting a business.


• Build relationships with promising candidates and follow them up consistently.


• Answer initial questions and explain the next stages of the franchise process.


• Identify strong prospective franchisees and arrange meetings with the founder.


• Maintain accurate records of conversations, actions and follow\-up dates.


• Manage the franchise recruitment pipeline and ensure promising candidates aren't contacted once and then forgotten.

PA SUPPORT

• Work directly alongside the founder and help keep tasks and projects moving.


• Organise appointments and meetings.


• Follow up actions and outstanding tasks.


• Research suppliers, opportunities and ideas.


• Make telephone calls and enquiries on behalf of the business.


• Help organise franchise meetings, events and exhibitions.


• Liaise with franchisees, suppliers and other third parties.


• Assist with marketing projects and communications.


• Take ownership of ad\-hoc tasks and see them through to completion.

We are looking for someone whose natural response when given a task is, "I'll sort that" \- and who can then be trusted to actually get it done.

VIDEO \& CONTENT

• Be comfortable appearing in social media and marketing videos.


• Help create franchise recruitment content..


• Help with content from around the network.

You don't need to be a professional presenter. We're looking for someone confident, personable and natural who is happy being themselves on camera.

Pay: From £24,000\.00 per year
