Location: Knutsford, Cheshire (Hybrid: 2 to 3 days in office plus field visits)
Salary: Competitive plus performance bonus tied to network results
Type: Full time, permanent

Transform Hub is a low volume, high profit group training franchise for the 35 to 65 plus market. We are scaling across the UK and need a Franchise Manager to own performance across the network.

This is not a support role. You are accountable for results.

You will manage a portfolio of franchisees and ensure each location hits its numbers, follows the system, and delivers a consistent, high quality member experience.

Your mission: improve performance across every site you touch.

What you will do

• Own performance across a portfolio of gyms including revenue, profitability and retention


• Run monthly KPI reviews and quarterly strategy sessions


• Diagnose problems fast including sales, marketing, operations and staffing and implement fixes


• Coach franchisees to execute Transform Hub playbooks with precision


• Enforce brand standards with no drift or dilution


• Support new site launches and early stage ramp to profitability


• Feed real world insights back into HQ systems, SOPs and training

What success looks like after 90 Days

• Underperforming sites turned around or exited


• Network wide KPIs trending up including members, EFT, retention and EBITDA


• Consistent execution of systems across all locations


• Strong relationships with franchisees built on trust and accountability

• You have managed multiple sites and held full profit and loss accountability


• You are commercially sharp and think in revenue, margin and retention


• You are comfortable having difficult conversations and holding people to standards


• You execute relentlessly with no dropped balls and no unresolved actions


• You care about building something long term, not quick wins

This role is not for you if

• You avoid conflict or struggle to hold people accountable


• You prefer theory over execution


• You need constant direction instead of owning outcomes
