<p>We are looking for a Manager FP&A to join our growing Strategic Finance team at unybrands. The position reports to the Director of Strategic Finance, and owns consolidated financial planning, forecasting and management reporting for Uny Brands.</p>
<p>The role provides leadership and the Board with a clear view of where the company is financially heading, why performance is changing and what that means for future revenue, profitability, cash flow and capital requirements.</p>
<p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p>
<p><strong>Planning and budgeting</strong><br>· Own the annual budget and company-wide planning process<br>· Consolidate functional and brand budgets into the group financial plan<br>· Establish consistent planning assumptions, templates and timelines<br>· Partner with Finance Business Partners to challenge and validate operating plans</p>
<p><strong>Forecasting</strong><br>· Own regular company reforecasts<br>· Develop driver-based forecasting rather than relying primarily on historical extrapolation<br>· Maintain consolidated P&L, balance-sheet and cash-flow forecasts<br>· Identify emerging risks and opportunities against budget</p>
<p><strong>Management and Board reporting</strong><br>· Own executive and Board financial reporting<br>· Produce concise variance analysis explaining what happened, why it happened and implications for the outlook<br>· Maintain a consistent company KPI framework<br>· Improve reporting automation and reduce manual preparation</p>
<p><strong>Scenario planning</strong><br>· Develop company-level upside, downside and liquidity scenarios<br>· Support strategic decisions around investment, hiring and capital allocation<br>· Connect short-term forecasting with the long-range company plan</p>
<p><strong>Team leadership</strong><br>· Manage and develop one FP&A Analyst<br>· Establish clear processes between FP&A, FBPs, Controllership and Finance Systems & Analytics<br><br><strong>Experience and Requirements<br></strong>. 5-7 Years of FP&A, Strategic Finance or related experience<br>· Strong financial modelling and three-statement forecasting<br>· Strong budgeting and consolidated planning experience<br>· Experience preparing executive and Board-level financial materials<br>· Strong commercial judgement<br>· Advanced Excel / Google Sheets capability<br>· ERP and BI experience; NetSuite experience advantageous<br>· Retail, e-commerce or multi-brand experience preferred<br>· Ability to turn complex financial information into clear management conclusions<strong><br><br></strong></p>
