Employment type: Full\-time.

Working days: Monday\- Friday.

Hours per week: 40 hours per week – 16:00\-01:00 \+ overtime available.

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and motivated Forklift Operator to join our team at our Evesham Depot.

We are looking for candidates with forklift experience who are keen to develop their skills further. Preference will be given to individuals who are willing to undertake reach truck training and become multi\-skilled within our warehouse operation.

The Role

  • Operating forklift trucks safely and efficiently within the warehouse environment.

  • Loading and unloading vehicles in line with operational requirements.

  • Moving stock accurately to designated storage locations.

  • Assisting with stock rotation and maintaining accurate stock placement.

  • Supporting warehouse operations to ensure customer orders are fulfilled on time.

  • Maintaining cleanliness and organisation throughout the warehouse.

  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the operation.

  • Assisting with goods\-in activities and supporting the Quality Control process where required.

  • Ensuring all health and safety procedures are followed at all times.
What We're Looking For
  • Previous forklift truck operating experience in a warehouse environment.

  • A valid forklift licence is desirable.

  • A positive attitude and willingness to undertake reach truck training.

  • Good attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions, including cold and humid environments.

  • A proactive and flexible approach to work.

  • Work effectively as part of a team, while also being capable of working independently.

  • Manage workload efficiently and complete tasks in a timely manner.

  • Demonstrate a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

  • Follow all company policies, procedures and health and safety requirements.

  • Support colleagues and provide cover during periods of absence where required.
