Food Production Operatives, No Weekends
Job Overview
We are seeking multiple experienced and detail\-oriented Production Operatives as Mixers to join our team in a fast\-paced food production environment. The ideal candidates will play a key role in ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety, whilst following recipes. This is a very physical role : you will be comfortable with lifting goods up to 25kg as well as frequent standing and walking. Please note : Not suitable for those with nut allergies.

We offer a friendly, hard\-working environment with proactive managers and we currently operate on a day shift pattern. Hours of work are 6am to 2pm , Monday to Friday only.
Duties
- To ensure all mixed batches comply to customer specifications to achieve optimum cost/efficiency.
- Examine and inspect product for foreign bodies and quality.
- Check ingredients match mixing sheet.
- Pre\-mixing is complete to the agreed run rate
- Checking equipment
- Complete required documentation
- To ensure compliance with health and safety requirements.
- To ensure compliance with hygiene and housekeeping requirements.
- Previous experience in food production or a similar role is required.
- Proficient in basic mathematics for accurate measurement and recording of production data.
- Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of work.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team, demonstrating strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
