Job Summary
Asma Findik Food Trading Ltd is seeking an experienced and results\-driven Food Production Manager to oversee food production activities, maintain quality standards, and ensure efficient daily operations. This role is ideal for a production leader with strong experience in food manufacturing, quality control, team supervision, and operational planning who can manage production workflows, support food safety compliance, and improve overall productivity.
What You'll Do
- Manage daily food production operations, schedules, workflows, and production targets.
- Supervise production staff, line leaders, operators, quality teams, and warehouse support personnel.
- Ensure production activities comply with food safety regulations, HACCP standards, hygiene procedures, and company policies.
- Monitor product quality, production output, waste levels, equipment performance, and operational efficiency.
- Coordinate with procurement, inventory, warehouse, logistics, and quality assurance teams.
- Plan resource allocation, staffing, raw material usage, and production priorities.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase productivity, reduce waste, and control costs.
- Investigate production issues, quality concerns, equipment downtime, and operational delays.
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, compliance documents, and performance updates.
- Support continuous improvement, staff training, and safe working practices across production operations.
- Experience in food production, food manufacturing, FMCG operations, food trading, production supervision, quality control, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous supervisory or production management experience within the food industry is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of food safety standards, HACCP, GMP, hygiene procedures, production planning, and quality assurance.
- Excellent leadership, organisation, communication, and problem\-solving skills.
- Ability to manage production schedules, staff members, operational targets, deadlines, and competing priorities.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, ERP systems, inventory management tools, production planning software, and reporting platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with a practical approach to quality, efficiency, and cost control.
- Relevant qualifications in Food Science, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Supply Chain, or related disciplines are advantageous.
