The Role Outline: Your Shift at a Glance As our Food \& Beverage Operations Manager, you are the commercial and operational commander of every point of sale in the hotel. You will define the local sales strategy, protect the bottom line, and coach your Heads of Department to flawlessly execute both high\-volume restaurant services and complex, large\-scale events without ever dropping our brand standards.

Your Shift: What You’ll Actually Be Doing We trust you to handle:

• The Commercial Engine: Driving revenue and protecting the Gross Profit across all F\&B departments. You will review wage costs using Fourth, ensure stock par levels are precise, and guarantee Venpower is used accurately for weekly counts.


• The Leadership \& Culture: Managing your managers. You will navigate egos and break down defensive silos between the pub and events teams, coaching your HODs to perform and replacing recruitment guesswork with quantifiable application velocity metrics to build a resilient team.


• The Strategy \& Outreach: Owning the local market. You will define a quarter\-by\-quarter sales plan, ensure local marketing events are costed for maximum return on investment, and push to dominate local TripAdvisor rankings.


• The Standards: Creating an intensity around excellence. You will mandate branded pre\-shift briefings, drive product knowledge, and ensure rigorous Food Safety and Health \& Safety audits are consistently smashed.
