Food and Beverage Supervisor (PART TIME)

Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Food \& Beverage Supervisor to oversee daily operations within our hospitality establishment. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, restaurant experience, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. DRIVING IS ESSENTIAL

Responsibilities

• be able to oversee the daily operations of the restaurant or bar area.


• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards across all areas


• Manage team members, providing guidance, training, and support to foster a motivated work environment


• Serve as a point of contact for guest enquiries, ensuring excellent customer service at all times


• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed


• Uphold hospitality standards by creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and staff alike

Qualifications

• Proven supervising experience within a restaurant or hospitality setting


• Experience in food safety protocols and maintaining hygiene standards


• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively


• Previous restaurant/pub experience is advantageous but not essential


• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast\-paced environment


• A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences
