Food and Beverage Supervisor \- Bar and Restaurant Focus

Full Time F\&B Supervisor / Shift Leader required for Belmont Hotel.

The role is based on 35\-40 hours a week and includes Weekends and Evenings.

Ideally to have bar supervisory experience as this will form part of the role.

The shift pattern will mostly be evenings 3/5pm to 11/12pm but may vary to include Breakfast, Day and Evening shifts as required.

The successful candidate will be required to undertake bar cash up procedures and assist with the delivery of functions and events as well as oversee shifts in the restaurant managing the part time members of the team in regards cleaning and close down procedures etc.

Some Duty Management assistance such as assisting with fire evacuations, overseeing small dinners and meetings, assisting reception and resolving guest issues is required.

Previous hotel experience required.

Pay: £13\.71 per hour
