Casual Bar and Restaurant Assistant at Cricklade House Hotel

We are looking for friendly, enthusiastic, and reliable Casual Bar and Restaurant Assistants to join our hospitality team at Cricklade House Hotel. Set within beautiful countryside grounds, our hotel offers restaurant dining, bar service, weddings, events, afternoon teas, and private functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service to hotel guests and visitors


• Serve food and drinks in the restaurant, bar, and event spaces


• Prepare and maintain bar and dining areas to high standards


• Take customer orders and process payments accurately


• Assist with weddings, conferences, and special events


• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and health \& safety standards are maintained


• Work as part of a team to create a welcoming atmosphere

• Applicants must be 18 years or older


• Need to travel by own transport.


• Previous hospitality, bar, restaurant, or customer service experience is preferred but not essential


• Full training will be provided on site.


• In line working with supervisor and Manager


• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills


• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods and late night for functions.


• Smart appearance and professional manner


• Flexible and dependable team player


• Must be able to work in a fast\-paced environment
