FM Soft Services Contracts Manager
Base Location: You'll be expected to spend 50% of your working week in one of the following locations Perth, Glasgow, Reading
Salary: £36,200 \- £54,400 \+ performance\-related bonus \+ a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

The role
We are looking for a highly capable FM Soft Services Contract Manager to lead the strategic management and performance of our soft services contract portfolio.
This is a key role responsible for shaping and delivering a consistent, service\-agnostic contract management strategy, ensuring our services are safe, compliant, high\-performing, and deliver best value for money.
You will work closely with FM, Procurement, and key stakeholders to drive innovation, performance, and continuous improvement across a significant contract portfolio.
You will
- Develop and implement a soft services contract management strategy to drive consistency, efficiency, and performance
- Lead supplier selection, procurement, and contract lifecycle management
- Define and manage KPIs and SLAs, ensuring high service standards and continuous improvement
- Ensure statutory compliance and safety assurance across all service delivery
- Drive innovation and sustainability initiatives, including waste reduction and service optimisation
- Strong experience in FM soft services and contract management
- Proven track record in supplier performance and commercial management
- Experience in tendering, procurement, and contract strategy development
- Strong data, financial and analytical capability
- Ability to drive change, innovation, and continuous improvement
