Floor Manager
FLOOR MANAGER — COME RUN THE FLOOR WITH US
We’re looking for a full\-time Floor Manager to join our small but mighty team at The Lacy Nook.
We’re a family\-run, independent neighbourhood restaurant with a close\-knit team, a loyal local following and absolutely no interest in corporate nonsense, big egos or unnecessary hierarchy.
We care about great food, great hospitality, looking after our people and having a good time while we do it. We’re looking for someone with the energy and experience to help us keep the floor running beautifully — and help us take the business to the next level.
MORE THAN A RESTAURANT
We’re proud to be a Plot\-to\-Plate Eco Restaurant.
We have our own little garden where we grow some of our produce, we compost our food waste and we work hard towards being as close to zero waste as possible.
We’re passionate about sustainability, seasonal produce and understanding where our food comes from. If you have an interest in growing, gardening, sustainability or simply like the idea of being part of a restaurant that thinks beyond the plate, even better.
THE ROLE
As our Floor Manager, you’ll be at the heart of the day\-to\-day running of the restaurant.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Running the day\-to\-day front of house operation

- Working closely with the GM on the day\-to\-day running and growth of the business
- Bringing ideas to the table and helping us continuously improve
