What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lead \& inspire the FOH team to deliver world\-class service
- Oversee daily operations,ensuring smooth service,team performance \& sales targets
- Train and develop staff,upholding our hospitality and brand standards
- Manage cash handling,EOD reports \& hygiene compliance
- Handle guest feedback professionally,ensuring every guest leaves happy
- Work closely with all departments to drive efficiency and excellence
- Experience as a Restaurant Manager,Floor Manager,or Supervisor in a fast\-paced,structured restaurant
- Strong understanding of Oriental cuisine and passion for working in an authentic Asian restaurant
- A hands\-on leader who can motivate,coach \& develop a team
- Flexibility to work evenings,weekends \& bank holidays
- Strong communication,problem\-solving \& organisational skills
