Fire & Security Engineer
Job Summary
Working either as part of a team or on your own initiative, you will represent the company across domestic, commercial, and industrial premises. The role will involve the installation, commissioning, servicing, maintenance, and repair of fire and security systems including fire alarms, fire extinguishers, intruder alarms, CCTV, and access control systems, along with other associated preventative equipment.
This position will be primarily covering Scotland, operating from our Head Office, ensuring high standards of workmanship and customer service are maintained at all times.
The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications and experience:
- Installation and commissioning experience on a wide range of fire alarm control panels both conventional and addressable, and experience with security equipment would be beneficial.
- A proven track record in the servicing and general maintenance/fault finding of the above mentioned equipment.
- An FIA recognised qualification will provide a distinct advantage.
- Valid UK driving license.
- Excellent communication and documentational skills.
- Although experience is preferred, additional training can be provided where necessary.
- A company vehicle, engineers laptop, tablet and work phone will be provided. You will be required to wear our company branded uniform which is also supplied.
