Role Overview

Sales \& Business Development: Sell finance, insurance, and ancillary products to car purchasers, meeting set targets while prospecting for new business opportunities.

Documentation \& Record Keeping: Accurately complete documentation within legal and company standards, and maintain records of car sales, F\&I performance, and payments.

Customer Service \& Relationship Management: Provide exceptional service to internal and external customers, managing settlement inquiries and establishing relationships with alternative finance sources.

Training \& Team Support: Train Sales teams on product awareness, sales techniques, and customer referral strategies to enhance performance.

Reporting \& Target Management: Prepare monthly finance and insurance reviews, set clear targets for income, and assist in managing the Sales Team to achieve business goals.
