What You'll Be Doing:

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms, and access control systems


• Diagnosing and resolving faults efficiently across a range of manufacturers and system types


• Carrying out planned preventative maintenance and reactive service visits


• Reading and interpreting technical drawings, specifications, and system layouts


• Completing all required documentation and service reports accurately


• Ensuring all work is completed in line with industry standards and company procedures


• Delivering excellent customer service while representing the business professionally


• Supporting junior engineers and apprentices where required

We're looking for someone with:

• Previous experience as a Fire \& Security Engineer


• Strong knowledge of fire alarm, CCTV, intruder alarm, and/or access control systems


• Experience carrying out installations, servicing, and fault\-finding work


• Good technical and problem\-solving skills


• Excellent communication and customer service abilities


• The ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively


• A full UK driving licence


• Relevant industry qualifications and certifications are advantageous but not essential
