What You'll be doing

• Delivering attentive,seamless,and polished fine dining service


• Serving food and beverages with accuracy,confidence,and impeccable presentation


• Preparing,organising,and maintaining dining spaces to exceptional standards


• Demonstrating strong knowledge of formal service etiquette and refined hospitality practices


• Anticipating guest needs and providing a personalised,high‑quality experience


• Working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure smooth and professional service


• Maintaining outstanding standards of cleanliness,organisation,and hygiene at all times

What We're Looking for

• Minimum two years’ experience in fine dining or luxury hospitality within the UK


• Immaculate presentation and a professional,well\-groomed appearance


• Calm,confident,and attentive with excellent communication skills


• Flexible and adaptable with working hours across various venues


• Reliable,punctual,and capable of working under pressure while maintaining composure


• Genuine commitment to delivering consistently high levels of service
