Financial Consultant — Solihull

- Conduct customer review appointments to understand financial goals and identify suitable non\-advised solutions
- Build and maintain strong, long\-term customer relationships face\-to\-face, over the phone and virtually
- Proactively promote relevant products and services in a customer\-first manner
- Support customers across multiple channels
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date customer records
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and share knowledge across the team
- Ensure compliance with all policies, procedures and regulatory requirements
- Identify and support vulnerable customers appropriately
- Experience in a customer\-facing role
- Ability to build rapport and communicate effectively
- Strong listening skills and confidence in asking insightful questions
- Proactive approach to problem\-solving and meeting customer needs
- Good organisational and time management skills
- Adaptability to a fast\-paced, changing environment
- Experience in financial services (desirable but not essential)
- A team player with a positive and supportive attitude
