Location: EC1R 3DA
Rate of Pay: £16 per hour
Working Pattern: 8 hours per week, 1 day a week
Key Responsibilities:
- Foodbuy invoice processing and reconciliation
- Raising and managing purchase orders and invoice approvals
- Maintaining budget trackers and supporting financial reporting processes
- Providing administrative support for HR processes and meetings when required
- Managing Health \& Safety, food safety, and compliance documentation
- Menu administration and printing
- Supporting wider operational administration and business processes
- Supporting staff by undertaking ad\-hoc projects when needed
Our Ideal candidate:
- Strong experience in finance administration, purchasing, compliance, and operational support.
- An individual who can work autonomously and confidently manage these responsibilities with minimal supervision
