OCM Business Systems Ltd have been in the IT Asset Management, Remarketing and Recycling business, celebrating 40 years in business in 2027\.

We have a 12000sq ft warehouse facility and office in Pershore.

OCM supply refurbished Ex Corporate IT \& Epos equipment for further use. Businesses rely on our services to ensure their IT is processed correctly, data is protected and environmental impact is minimised, following stringent regulations. We supply IT to Charitable organisations, Education sector, Business and Trade. Extending the life of IT is our Company Ethos, with sustainability at the forefront.

The Role

• Managing daily financial operations


• Producing monthly management accounts and financial reports


• Budgeting, forecasting and cash flow management


• Managing accounts payable and receivable


• Credit control and customer payment collection


• Bank reconciliations and maintaining financial records


• VAT returns and HMRC compliance


• Payroll and pension administration


• Fixed asset management and depreciation schedules


• Liaison with accountants, auditors and banking partners


• Identifying and improving financial processes and reporting systems.

Alongside responsibility for finance, you will oversee key HR administration activities, including:

• New starter and leaver documentation


• Employee records and personnel files


• Holiday and absence tracking


• Supporting payroll administration


• Maintaining training records


• Employment documentation and policy updates


• Acting as a first point of contact for routine HR queries

We're looking for an organised, proactive and commercially minded finance professional who enjoys working independently and taking ownership of their function.

You'll ideally have:

• AAT Level 4 qualification


• A minimum of 5 years' experience in a Finance Manager role


• Strong management accounting and financial reporting experience


• Excellent working knowledge of Xero


• Strong Excel skills


• Outstanding attention to detail


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills


• The ability to prioritise effectively and meet deadlines
