Finance Manager

Equifind are partnering with a high-performing international real estate firm to recruit an experienced Finance Manager on a 12-month fixed-term contract.

This is a hands-on leadership role offering significant exposure across the business, working closely with the Financial Controller. You will lead a growing finance team, oversee day-to-day financial operations across multiple entities, and play a key role in driving process improvements and financial control.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Financial Controller and Finance Director with the preparation and review of monthly management accounts and board reporting


• Oversee the day-to-day financial and accounting operations across the Company and Group entities


• Manage the month-end process end-to-end, ensuring timely and accurate reporting


• Lead and manage the group audit process


• Monitor and maintain budgets, forecasts, cash flow, and working capital positions across international entities


• Manage quarterly funding requests across projects and client entities


• Ensure robust financial controls, processes, and procedures are implemented and maintained


• Support the development and implementation of finance strategy initiatives focused on efficiency and risk reduction


• Collaborate with stakeholders across the business to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies


• Ensure compliance with accounting, tax, legal, and reporting requirements across multiple jurisdictions


• Lead, mentor, and develop members of the finance team, promoting continuous professional development


• Maintain best-practice record keeping and document management standards


• Support with ad hoc projects and strategic initiatives as required by the Finance Director and Board

• Fully qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA or equivalent)


• Strong technical accounting capability


• Proven experience managing the month-end reporting process


• Experience working across multi-entity and/or multi-currency environments

• Background in real estate, financial services or professional services.


• Experience using NetSuite


• Experience operating within international businesses

• £75k-£95,000, depending on experience


• 5 days in office


• Available to start in the 4 weeks
