Divisional Coordinator \- Finance

We are looking for a positive and self\-motivated individual to join our highly regarded Finance Division, which is part of the Vice\-Chancellor’s Office.

The role holder will provide a critical role to the Chief Financial Officer and her senior leadership to support the smooth working of the Division and its delivery to a range of internal and external stakeholders. This is an exciting opportunity which will provide a good oversight of both the strategy and inner workings of the University.

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate experience and achievement in an administrative role. They will be a strong team player with excellent communication, organisational and technical office skills. They will build trusted relationships with colleagues internally as well as key external stakeholders for the University.

Applicants must meet all the essential criteria on the Person Specification to be considered for interview. This is a full\-time fixed term or secondment role, until 30th April 2027, at the University’s Bailrigg Campus, with hybrid working options.
