A well-established international business in the search for an experienced Finance Director to join its senior leadership team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a growing organisation, providing strategic financial leadership, driving operational excellence, and supporting ambitious growth plans across multiple markets.

The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders, helping shape business strategy, improve financial performance, and strengthen governance and control frameworks.

• Combines strong technical expertise with strategic commercial insight

Requirements

• ACA, ACCA or CIMA qualified


• Significant senior finance leadership experience


• Background within retail, consumer, or multi-site environments


• Strong understanding of financial reporting, compliance, controls, and governance


• Experience working with ERP systems and finance transformation initiatives


• Proven ability to manage external stakeholder relationships, including auditors and banking partners


• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills


• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to develop and lead high-performing teams
