• Manage daily financial operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance.


• Coordinate the month\-end and year\-end closing processes to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.


• Act as the primary point of contact for external auditors, banks, and tax authorities.


• Oversee payroll administration and ensure compliance with Danish labor and tax regulations.


• Monitor project budgets and provide regular variance analysis to department heads.


• Optimize internal financial workflows and implement automated solutions for expense tracking and invoicing.


• Assist in the preparation of financial forecasts and annual budget planning.

• Financial Coordination: Proven ability to manage complex financial cycles and multiple deadlines with high precision.


• Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of Danish accounting standards (Årsregnskabsloven) and VAT regulations.


• Software Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Excel and experience with modern ERP/accounting systems (such as e\-conomic, Microsoft Dynamics, or Business Central).


• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written skills in English; proficiency in Danish is a significant advantage for navigating local compliance.


• Analytical Thinking: A proactive approach to identifying financial discrepancies and implementing logical solutions.


• Experience: 2–5 years of experience in finance coordination, bookkeeping, or a similar accounting role.


• Education: A degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a relevant professional qualification (e.g., HD\-R).
