Healthcare Design Coordinator

We are currently seeking a creative and detail\-oriented Healthcare Design Coordinator to join our team in Roskilde. This role is ideal for someone passionate about healthcare innovation, project coordination, and design\-focused operational support.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate healthcare design projects, timelines, and operational workflows
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals, designers, architects, and project teams
- Support planning and implementation of healthcare environment improvements
- Maintain project documentation, schedules, and communication records
- Assist in ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and safety guidelines
- Coordinate materials, vendor communication, and project logistics
- Support research related to patient experience, healthcare functionality, and design trends
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project updates for stakeholders
- Contribute creative ideas that enhance healthcare spaces and patient\-centered environments
- Previous experience in healthcare coordination, interior design, project management, architecture, or related fields preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively
- Familiarity with healthcare environments or design processes is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project coordination tools
- Fluent in English; Danish language skills are a plus
