REED Accountancy are recruiting a Full Time Finance & Payroll Officer on a permanent basis for an expanding Home Services provider based near to Ringwood. This is a HYBRID Position with the ability to work from home part of the week once fully trained up.

Finance & Payroll Office
Permanent Role - £31,000 - £32,000 per annum
9am - 5pm, Monday to Friday - FULL TIME / HYBRID Working
Immediate Interview
Duties:
- Payroll using Sage Payroll and Xero
- Provide administrative support to finance functions within a rapidly expanding homecare business.
- Working under the direction of the Finance Manager/ Operations Director in maintaining the ledgers for the business and its subsidiaries.
- Maintaining and recording financial records for the organisational bank accounts as well as managing accurate accounts receivable/payable records and bank reconciliations.
- Filing VAT and other regulatory returns for the business and its subsidiaries.
- Generating, processing and managing the invoices with our clients, managing credit control where necessary and liaising with clients & suppliers to ensure financial health of the business accounts.
- Work closely with the Ops Manager to develop and enhance financial processes
- Ability to self manage and work autonomously
- Experience with Xero and Sage Payroll
- Able to demonstrate being able to implement efficiencies and help create processes.
