Finance Administrator
Job Purpose:
To oversee transaction level posting within a small finance team, assist with preparation and presentation of internal management information, and to be a direct line of support for business’ managed by the Central Finance team. The ideal candidate will be someone that has a high attention to detail with strong communication \& organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Management of internal post \- Distribution of vehicle fines, scanning in key vehicle documentation such as V5c’s \& notifying the Fleet team, filing of vehicle tax reminders, escalation of post requiring urgent action to management.
Daily bank reconciliations \- Ensure that all bank accounts are reconciled before 11am each day, to ensure that management can place reliability on financial information within the accounting systems.
Accounts payable \- Working through account mailboxes on a daily basis, posting purchase invoices to the accounting system (Sage 50, Xero), supplier statement reconciliations, monthly payment runs, ADHOC payments.
General administration \- Maintenance of sufficient accounting records, filing of post in an orderly manner, covering all aspects of working in a small office team.

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
· Experience within a finance role or relevant degree required.
· Out\-going with professional attitude and appearance.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially excel.
· Solid communication skills both verbal and written.
· Highly Organised.
· High Attention to detail.
· Time management skills and ability to use initiative.
Pay: £27,000\.00\-£27,500\.00 per year
