Finance Administrator
We are seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator to support the day to day operation of the finance function. You will ensure financial transactions are processed accurately and records are maintained to a high standard. Working closely with the finance team, the role contributes to strong financial control, efficient contract\-level support, and timely reporting across the business. We are looking to appoint a candidate with administration experience, a “can do” attitude and who is flexible, practical, proactive, and diligent. The successful applicant will support our existing team to deliver excellent service across the business. This role will report directly to the Finance Manager. This hybrid working model has two days working in an office and three days working from home.
Main Duties:
- Process purchase invoices, raise purchase orders, ensuring accurate coding to contracts and cost centres
- Support and raise sales invoices, maintaining accurate billing records
- Maintain accurate and up\-to\-date data across finance systems (including Xero) and support system processes and controls
- Support month\-end processes
- Provide general administrative support to the finance team
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and financial controls
