Job Title: Finance Administrator
Location: Hybrid \- 2 days per week in our office at Future Space in Bristol
Salary: £25,000\-£30,000 per annum

The Role
We are seeking a detail\-oriented and proactive Finance Administrator to support our growing team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and supporting the delivery of timely financial reporting. You’ll work with our FinOps team and senior staff on various client accounts to ensure financial processes are completed accurately and on time, providing a high level of service to our clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Bookkeeping, Data Entry \& Xero Reconciliations: Maintain accurate financial records through timely and accurate data entry across all financial systems, including performing regular reconciliations in Xero
- Payroll Administration: Assist in preparing and processing payroll, ensuring all statutory requirements are met
- Supplier Payments: Manage supplier payment runs, ensuring payments are processed accurately and on schedule
- VAT Submissions: Prepare and submit VAT returns in line with HMRC requirements and deadlines
- Tax Compliance: Support general tax compliance including preparation of P11Ds and other statutory filings
- Experience in a finance administrator, bookkeeping, finance assistant, or similar role
- Good practical understanding of supplier invoices, customer invoices, expenses, bank reconciliations and financial accounts
- Experience with accounting software i.e. Xero
- Organised and able to manage tasks accurately and on time in a fast\-paced environment
- Good attention to detail
- Strong team player with good communication skills
- Proactive, reliable, and willing to take initiative
