The Role
As a Field Sales Consultant in our Wood Division, you’ll manage your own territory, build strong customer relationships, and promote our extensive, industry\-leading product range. You’ll work across market sectors including:
- Joinery \& Carpentry
- Double glazing companies
- Hospitality (Hotels \& Shopfitters)
What You’ll Be Doing
- Developing new business opportunities and growing your territory
- Managing and nurturing existing customer relationships
- Delivering excellent customer service, including after\-sales follow\-up
- Using sales systems to track performance and activity
- Overcoming objections and consistently achieving — or exceeding — targets
- A self\-motivated, target\-driven individual who thrives working independently
- Strong communication and relationship\-building skills
- A proactive, resilient attitude with a passion for sales
- Confidence to think on your feet and adapt to customer needs
- Willingness to learn — full product training is provided
- Experience meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Full UK driving licence
- £24,000 basic salary with minimum guaranteed earnings of £27,300 with OTE of approx £36,588
- Uncapped commission on all sales
- Company car, tablet \& mobile phone
