Field Service Technician (Sacramento)

<p><strong>WiZiX Technology Group - Field Service Technician</strong></p>
<p>We are looking for a qualified candidate responsible for a full range of repairs and service procedures on copiers/printers. Good communication skills, a valid driver’s license with a clean DMV record, and stable work history with verifiable references are required. Some lifting necessary. </p>
<p><strong>Job Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Troubleshooting and repairing office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, etc.)</li>
<li>Providing high-quality technical support to our customer base</li>
<li>Communicating with customers to ensure satisfaction</li>
<li>Developing options to solve unusual problems</li>
<li>Managing time, resources and territorial considerations</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Mechanical and Electrical Mindset</li>
<li>IT literate</li>
<li>Experience and training with Toshiba, Ricoh, Savin, Kyocera, Brother, Lexmark, and other manufacturers is desired </li>
<li>Production experience is a plus</li>
<li>Strong computer knowledge</li>
</ul>
