As our business continues to grow, we're looking for a motivated and hands\-on Field Service \& Installation Engineer to join our team.

The Role

You'll be responsible for the installation, commissioning, maintenance and support of professional audio\-visual systems across a variety of customer sites.

Working independently and alongside project teams, you'll help ensure projects are delivered on time, to the highest standards, and with excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Install and commission AV equipment and cabling


• Carry out planned maintenance and service visits


• Complete testing, commissioning and client handover documentation


• Diagnose and resolve technical issues on\-site


• Liaise with clients, contractors and project managers


• Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to specification


• Maintain high standards of workmanship and professionalism

What We're Looking For

• Electrical or electronic engineering experience


• AV installation experience or a strong interest in Audio\-Visual technology


• Knowledge of audio networking protocols


• Experience using power tools and test equipment


• Excellent communication and problem\-solving skills


• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks


• Full driving licence


• Valid passport and willingness to travel

Desirable Skills

• DSP programming and commissioning experience


• ECS Card


• IPAF and/or PASMA certification


• Experience working within contractor\-led projects


• Knowledge of RAMS and site health \& safety requirements
