Field Service Engineer

As a Field Service Engineer, you are involved in after\-sales service activities. You visit customers on a regular basis. You carry out all installation, maintenance, diagnostic and troubleshooting operations on Trasis equipment. You also provide application support. You are also responsible for preparation, start\-up and training of users. You contribute to continuous product improvement by providing feedback to in\-house teams.
Responsibilities
--------------------

• You prepare and carry out installations, maintenance and interventions on site (hospitals and radiopharmaceutical production centers) and ensure follow\-up.


• You provide remote and application support.


• You carry out training and demonstrations on customer premises or within the company.


• You are familiar with equipment and technology.


• You proactively develop and maintain close relationships with customers.


• You participate in the assembly and quality control of precision electromechanical equipment.


• You participate in the continuous improvement of products by reporting user experience and opportunities for improvement, and by working actively with other departments.


• You write and update technical documentation.


• You will write technical reports on specific issues and ensure their communication and follow\-up.

• You have a technical or scientific Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.


• You have a good knowledge of chemistry and/or electromechanics.


• You have experience in field service or application support.


• Experience in radiochemistry is an asset.


• You are attracted by manual work of high quality and precision.


• You have an interest in computers and problem\-solving.


• You have good customer presentation skills.


• You have a good command of English. Fluency in any other language is an asset.


• You are self\-taught, pragmatic, proactive, results\- and solution\-oriented.


• You are organized, flexible, dynamic and able to synthesize information.


• You have a good sense of customer contact and an interest in technological awareness.


• You are willing to travel worldwide 50% of the time.
